RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return the products you bought free of charge and without having to inform us of the reason for returning the products, within 14 working days from the date you receive the products. Shipping costs for product return are borne by the customer.
Returns will only be accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them i.e. without indications of use along with the retail receipt or invoice. Returns that do not comply with our policy will be returned by post to the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATION
For any cancellation of an order please contact us via e-mail at customerservice@mykonosheat.com. In case we inform you that your order was shipped, cancellation is not possible after this time.

The terms mentioned above with respect to Greece apply with the following addition:
